Default 2003 GC Laredo computer codes

Hi yall...My wife drives a 2003 GC with a 6cyl automatic. 185,000 miles. Pulled a code P0505 and P0112. I put a new AIC motor on this car last year, took it out again and cleaned the heck out of it with carb clean. I just replaced the TPS sensor today. Do I need to clear codes somehow or have the computer "flashed" ? All done with the work but I just felt I should get some input before connecting the battery back up.

You can get someone with a scan tool to clear the codes, or you can use the method some guys use. Take BOTH battery cables off the battery and short them together, then turn on the headlights. This drains the capacitors in the PCM and the memory. Reconnect the battery and you're good to go. I've never actually done this myself, but everyone here says it okay.
