2001 4.0

I have been all over the forum, I am sure this has been asked before. my 2001 GC 4.0 just laid, what 4.0 can I use, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter

99 or newer WJ and Wrangler 4.0. An XJ engine is not a bolt in swap. A ZJ engine is not an option either.

If your buying an engine from a salvage yard you don't need to know this. Salvge yards use the "Hollander Interchange data" to sell you the correct part.
