whenever I start Grand Cherokee Laredo after having replaced some lifters the engine screams you have to shut off immediately or you at risk of blowing the engine I had heads off for alifter replacement so the intake and exhaust manifold Court also removed as soon as you started the engine races and I can't figure out what it is I've already tried resetting the computer

 

Check to be sure the intake is seated properly on the head and not sitting on top of one of the locating pins. This is a common problem with a huge vacuum leak after removing the intake manifold.
