Hey guys! Just joined your group because I'm pulling what's left of my hair out! Need Help! I have a 2000 Grand Cherokee LTD, 4.7 8cyl, Quadra Drive with 83k on it.This Jeep is the closest thing to a luxury vehicle I've ever had. About 2 yrs ago, it would stall while the wife was driving. Out of the blue, without warning and for no apparent reason and always in the worst possible places. All electrical would still work, eg; radio, lights, dash, and it would even turn over without starting. It would do it only after it reached operating temp. She'd let it sit for 10 minutes and it would fire right up and get her home It did it to me a few times, same M.O. So, I changed: Fuel pump, filter, & battery, and about $350 worth of sensors. I diligently cleaned every electrical contact, ground and plug (2 days worth). It still did it. Saw a fix on you tube that involved zip-tying ECM Ports. This actually had the most effect and the Jeep actually ran fine for about 3 months without any stalling. Then, about a month ago, it's doing it again. My Grand Cherokee is immaculate and we've taken very good care of it. About to sell it for $1500 as a mechanics special! ANY thoughts or help would be immensely appreciated!!! Mark in Daytona
