90 degress is 32C (in real money) - and at that temperature you'd be sweating, or do you mean that the cabin vent outlet temperature?
I have a 2000WJ and I would say that the heat output to the cabin is poor.
I have the blend doors fixed in the up position and I would say that on a cold day in the UK (outside temperature <10C (<50F)) the cabin temperature will not reach 25C (77F).

Hi Mart, welcome to CF. Please use something beside a cell phone or add punctuation and a little more info. Do you have dual zone climate control or the standard heater. I think you should make sure you have all the air out of the system and that both your heater hoses are hot. We can go from there.

I had the same issue. I have a dual auto heat system in mine. Both my blend doors worked and the thermostat was fine as well. Mine is and 02. Used a Calcium Lime Rust removal product. One small bottle worked for me. I poured the product into the return line from the heater core (should be the cooler of the 2). If both lines are hot something tells me that your heater core is still clogged. I let the product set 2.5 hours. I poured the product into the return side and let the inlet side be my exit. I used distilled water (4.5 gallons) and low air pressure to flush the crud out. First time I tried I let is set for one hour and pretty much got nothing out. Second time the crud came out in fine flakey chunks. The earlier reply was correct that you might still have and air lock. I have a bleeder valve on my coolant system and you should refill the coolant from there. This trick restored HOT heat for me. I poured a small amount of water in at a time and blew it out with compressed air turned low and used and air gun to control the blast. It took me six hours, but again it worked. Good Luck and happy motoring
