Looking for help on 2004 gc wj 4.0 4x4. Fuse #20 blows as soon as i turn the ignition on. Code 1490 and 1489 come up on scan. Lets go back 2 weeks when the weird stuff started. Wife was driving home in traffic. Started to get hot. She pulled off. Seems like the fan was having issues starting. Boiled off about a gallon. It cleaned out the overflow to empty and apparently a gallon in the radiator. Filled it back up. At some point the fan came back on. No problems for about a week. Then the fuse blow for #20 (rad. fan, ac blower motor and blinkers). Bought fan relay and it tested the same as old relay. Installed it. Nothing. Replaced relay, temp sending unit for fan, blinker relay. Fan works on both hot wires (low and high side). Found fuse and replaced it. Worked for 3 days then everything stopped again. Replaced fuse #20 again and it pops everytime i turn the key on. Im at a loss. Any ideas?
