Default 1999 WJ uphill hesitation

My 1999 JGC hesitates, as if it's trying to cut out, when I go uphill. No codes shown.

On a mild incline it will hesitate, and this is better / gone if I turn the overdrive off...

On a steeper incline it will still do it, so I have to downshift from Drive to 2nd

Help please...Thanks

New sparky plugs fixed the problem
