Default 1995 ZJ Rear Wiper Diagnosing

Hello oh knowledgeable ones! I did a search but can't quite find what I am looking for. Rear wiper not working so what I am looking for is info on what cavities in the plug i should test for voltage across to see if my wiper motor is getting power properly or not before I spend hundreds on a new wiper motor to find out its a switch or something. I cant seem to track own a proper wiring diagram (found a factory set on CD on ebay and ordered yesterday, but will be a while before it gets here) If someone could post a snippet of the wiring diagram for the 95 rear wiper motor, or just lead me through it textually it would be much appreciated!

Finally was able to find the correct wiring diagram and have power in the right places. Pulled the motor and sure enough seized solid. (probably could have saved myself hassle by just seeing if i could move it first lol)

Welcome to the forum.

Will lubricant and effort restore the motor to operational?
