Will 1994 GCJ rims fit mj 1999 XJ and or 2002 GCJ?

The 94 wheels will fit your 99, and should fit the 02 gc. I think the bolt pattern changed to 5x5 in 06.

Welcome to CF. They'll fit the XJ but won't fit the '02 Grand Cherokee-WJ as the WJs came out with a 5x5 in '99. I had a '97 Grand Cherokee-ZJ (5x4 1/2) for 6 years, and I still have an '04 so I know.

Oh well I was half right, it the wranglers that changed in 07.
