For the AC problem I would first check the relay in the under hood fuse box. not sure on the power windows...

Same prob. with my 93 cherokee. After running a/c for a bit, the a/c, windows and radio quit. It's not under the hood. Look at fuse box inside and check the silver relay looking thing (the smaller of the two). I think it's a thermal protector of some kind. Mine burnt my fingers pulling it out. When I put it back in, everything starts back.
I haven't had time to look further but something is causing it to overheat. Will post more when I get there.
Hope this helps.
Joe

Default a/c, windows, radio quit

found out that a previous owner must have had trouble with the blower motor.
He ran a new wire from the blower motor and spliced into the power window circuit and also used that same wire to power the aftermarket radio.
All three of these were routed through a 5.5amp c/breaaker in the fuse panel under the dash witch caused the breaker to get extreamly hot and trip the breaker.
So, check your breaker, it may be tripping!
