Just picked up a 1993 v8 grand cherokee thats lifted but Id like to make it a little better. The lift was originally a 3.5-4" Explorer Procomp lift but currently only measures 21" from fender to hub (3") and that is with 2" BB spacers on top of the lift springs. The Procomp control arms are in good shape as are the bushings. Now for the Issues that I want to remedy. The front track bar is what looks like a Rubicon Express adjustable with a heim bolted to the stock bracket, well the heim is shot, clicking and letting the front end move around. Next issue is the rear track bar has no drop bracket or adjustability so the rear axle pokes out the passenger side about 3/4". The crossmember has been halfassed dropped with some washers.

1. Should I replace the heim on the front track bar with a Johnny joint, or should I just stick with another heim (a double shear bar is on my wishlist but I need it safe for somewhat cheap)

2. On the rear track bar, should I install a relocation bracket on the axle, on the body, or just get an adjustable?

3. What springs should I get for 4" of lift (or a little more) for a decent price

4. Finally, is there a list somewhere for what is needed at each inch of lift, like when I need to drop the transfer case, or when I need upper control arms. Id like to do it right and keep the driveability high.

Also found this as an optioin for my track bar, should fit the stock bracket, and screw into the RE track bar.

Would get me by until I could buy an IRO double shear. Its close to the same price as a johnny joint but I could get it at the parts store with a lifetime warranty.
