Default 1993 Grand Cherokee won't start without Spray

6 cylinder , 1993 Laredo

Not sure if this is related, but for the past several months I noticed the rpm, after first start, was high at about 2000 rpm, then gruadually fell back to normal. I cleaned the trottle body and the TPS, and then the rpm, then after a start, RPM was now was to low, about 250 rpm, and then sometimes high, it fluctuates.

Now, the car wont start, unless I prime spray in the trottle body with some starting fluid, then it runs fine (except idle issues mentioned above). Sometimes after I warm up, it starts ok, until next morning. It gas draining back to tank?

If car starts fine with starting spray, does that rule out the crankcase and crankshaft Position valves, the TPS, the idle control valve, etc?

Should I now focus on fuel filter and fuel pump? Could it be the PCM?

How do I test these?

HELP
