You mean YOU can...Some can, some have clearance issues. Why? I dunno. That's just how it is. I'd say always "Try Before You Buy"
Test fit 'em, give 'em a spin and turn lock to lock to make sure they work for you, if you're buying. If the shop won't do that for you, they're probably not worth dealing with.
I've done this many times for customers back when I was busting tires at a couple different shops...
Just my suggestion though. It's really up to the buyer, as it's their money.

As far as fitting really all I had to do was knock the square edge off teh top outside edge of teh caliper. Non structural and went from a square edge to a rounded / chamfered edge.

I can take a picture of the caliper next time I have the wheels off but you really can not tell the mod. as far as taking pics of the wheel to caliper clearance there is no way to do that the caliper is in too tight of a spot to be able to get any pics.
