06 Grand Cherokee - No Drive, help!

06 Grand Cherokee - No Drive, help!

My 2006 Grand Cherokee has no drive. What is up? It has been very cold, and when I put in drive or reverse nothing, it acts like it is in neutral.

Is the transfer case in neutral?

Transfer Case is electric, AWD High or AWD Low. It will shift from high to low but I do not know if it is in neutral.

Mines 10 years older than yours. I still have to manually put it in 4wd.
