'06 Grand Cherokee Engine flooded
The radio on my wife's Jeep is starting to go and usually turns on every third time the car is started. My wife (God bless her) decided since the radio wasn't working this morning to shut off the ignition and proceed to try to start it another two times... after the second time, the engine won't turn (with a strong smell of gasoline) and the battery stopped providing power.
Disconnected the battery to try to reset the system, it'll power the electrical system but the starter won't turn over. Any advice? Is it possible the gasoline remaining in the cylinder is preventing the engine from turning over?
