I have a '05 grand Cherokee with the in dash nav and uconnect system. Trying to pair my Samsung Galaxy S4 (SCH-I545) to the uconnect system via Bluetooth for the purpose of hands free phone calls and audio streaming but having issues. Heres the sequence:


press u connect, say setup, say phone pairing, say pair phone, say pin number, go through pair process on my phone and enter same pin, phone says connected, u connect tells me "maximum number of devices paired", then as soon as I hit the u connect button again it says pairing failed and the phone disconnects (shows only paired instead of connected), I unpaired all devices in my phone and when in u connect I say "list phones" for paired devices and it has none, also say "delete phone" and again says there are none, tried these things because of u connect saying maximum number of devices paired as if theres already too many devices paired with it via Bluetooth.


Anything I search online via jeeps/Chryslers website only shows newer media centers.


Any help to would be greatly appreciated.
