Default '04 Grand Cherokee Stall/Shaky Low Idle Problem

Check this out enthusiasts: I've got an stock '04 Grand Cherokee that is running very shaky and will often stall at speeds of 5 mph and lower. I thought that it had something to do with having less than a quarter tank of gas at first, but I filled 'er up and the problem persists. I had a similar issue a couple of years ago and it turned out to be the electronic fuel sensor (EFS). Obviously, the dealership we took it to had their way with us and charged a ridiculous amount of money to fix the thing. Two questions: Do you all think that the EFS could be the problem? And if so, is this something a pretty handy guy like myself can fix?

Forgot to mention, it's a 4.0L all time 4WD with 105K on it.
