Default 04 grand Cherokee noise

As I drive there is a winding noise coming from the driver side front. Left off accelerator and noise goes away, apply accelerator and it comes back.
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks

Possible brake booster problem. Hard to tell over the Internets.

Check the fuel filter driver's side just forward of the fuel tank. There's a built in regulator in the filter that can emit an annoying whining squeal. Mine whines at idle and goes away under power.

Front differential pinion bearings would be my guess. Is it AWD? If so are all the tires the same brand, size and same amount of tread wear?

I have a 04 Overland Full time All Wheel drive .. with same issue. I like to know what the most common problem is. I dont have the $$ to start just replacing parts.

Wheel bearing was bad, replaced it. Still have a noise which sounds like a tire rubbing (but it's not) coming from driver side front. No codes on OBD,can't see anything underneath? U joint maybe?????

Jack up front end and hands to 3 and 9 o'clock ,see if wheel moves or makes a noise when pulling it left to right, if if makes noise, moves change out wheel bearing. Rock auto has them for $40+shipping Oreilly has them for 62.99. It should take you 1-2 hrs to replace depending on your skill set and tools.
