04 GC Freedom Edition-Window weatherstrips? or outside wipes?

I am looking to replace what I believe is the weather strip seal on each door. Hopefully that is the right part/name I am looking for. They sit on the top outside of each door. I may need to have some rust repair before/when replacing them but:
1) Are they called window weatherstrip seals? or outside wipes?
2) How do you get them off without harming the paint on the doors?
3) Any suggestions on where to find replacements?
4) Any nuances to replacing them or how to?

I appreciate anyone's help.

ah yes - outer weather strips - they are a thorn in my side. I have yet to replace them. Not only are they mad expensive for a stupid strip - from all my inqueries I have gathered the door panel needs to be removed. meh.
