Since I'm gonna have to do the heater core in my 99 before this winter (yeah, already planning, what a kick in the pants), I started looking for info on getting these done in a WJ. I found a killer two-part video series on the tube for it. These guys go thru just about every nut, bolt, and harness on disassembly and while they're there, they fix a couple of actuators and replace the evap core.
