01 jeep grand cherokee no compression cylinder #2
Hey question does anyone know what this could be.. I'm getting codes p0202 misfire for cylinder #2 .. I changes the plugs fuel injectors was good so I did a compression test in cylinder #2 and got no compression.. all other were fine.. could it be blown head gasket

Heres a lil test. Put a cap full of oil down the number two cyl. Re install compression tester and see if the compression changes, if it jumps up to near normal for a second or two, then it is most likely bad rings. If it doesnt change, then it is a head or valve issue.

It could also be a blown head gasket, cracked head or sticking valve take the valve cover off and make sure the valve or valves arnt stuck open.
