I bought my xj over a year ago, a 1997 sport, little did I know wat I was getting my self into, a bit after buying I started to google Jeep Cherokee and that's when I found a site called "Cherokee Forum" and I saw all the mods and that's whe I got the itch....

Here some side shots of my xj
So for I've change the water pump fuel sensor, starter, the cps, the nss, new brake line, tune up, new pulley, lol and a whole bunch of other things that I can't remember right now.

A few months ago my best friend Justin lifted his 96 xj which in turn really motivated me.
I then decided to get a Rubicon Express 3.5" Superride lift with full leafs, I lucked out a found Comp D-Windows on 31" BFG KM's on Craig's list, also got a flow master exhuast 40 series with cat.(sounds awesome) and HID's.
Also ordered some Bilstein 5100s front and rear

By the end of the night the xj was nice and dirty
Still a lot to come! I just got a unidenpro 520xl cb radio today waiting for the attena mount

Exactly haha i found that out the hard way mines that pre 97 greenish blue and i spend a good hour power washing then when it drys shes still dirty But i just love the white with black looks very sharp good luck with your build bro can't wait to see more progress
