You need to put leaf spring all the way around it its gonna be cheeper and a lot more stable in the mud but your flex could be limited just like mine was in my build but thats because my jeep is super tall but try not yo use blocks and if you want a lice lift in the rear get ya some 1998 f150 leafs and have them arched to the hight you want it and then fit um in that the set up I'm running and it works perfect they have plenty of flex and are stable on and off the road as for the front get find some old half ton scout springs they have lots of lift I'm running those on mine also.

Like the others said, leave it leaf. And front 4.5" lift coils would give you something like 15-18" of lift in the back. Something like a stock rear tj coil gives around 8 inches of lift

you would be all jacked up in the rear and not only would it be stuoied high you would spend aot of $$ to get the front to match that height.

so the 4.5 would be way more than 12''s. that would be to much. i have to match the front. the ford f150 springs stock? that would get me the height i need? i just couldnt figure out what to do n the rear because alot of options ive looked at are expensive and this is a buget box

Ok guys have a bunch of parts sitting in the garage. 8.5-9'' xj coils with 1.75 poly spacers, 4'' yj springs cutting off the main eyes on the main leaf and throughing in a s-10 main leaf, building some shacke relocation brackets. for the rear axle i have a sterling 10.25 and currently looking for a ford high pinion front. and of coarse have my 42 AG tires. Just trying to find some time to start the build getting every thing else out of the way. hoping this weekend. and dont worry i'll be posting pics and progress when i get it.
