Default WJ Progression Thread

Just bought my first jeep and many parts lol. So, I figured I would create a build thread to track its progress. This is just a daily / play toy while my G35 gets built!

It's a 2000 WJ 2WD. 177k Miles.

Plans right now include:
Bushwacker Fender Flares
HID headlight Kit
New Carpet
Weathertech mats all around
New Hatch struts
Bilstein Shocks
Eibach suspension kit - No lift.

Current issues that I have found:

Blower motor resistor. Blower only works on high.
Passenger front and rear door lock actuators don't work.
Steering is lose. Possible steering box or suspension issue.

All in all, not that bad. If anyone has any tips or links to get those parts from, id greatly appreciate it. If not, I know how to use google.

Thanks!

Installed new glove box handle, new ashtray and dimmer switch on steering column and a new blower resistor. Upgraded the interior lights to LED, installed new hood and hatch struts. Replaced damaged front fender with matching from a junkyard, replaced passenger seat and one section of rear seat due to tears. Sourced from junkyard as well. A new master door switch and new headlight housings with HIDs.

Now off to getting the suspension upgraded / replaced.

Installed new valve cover gasket, low pressure a/c switch, new battery, air filter

Installed new door lock actuators so now all the doors will lock / unlock. Also purchased a 11 blade gm fan to upgrade the 5 blade that is in it now. The electric fan died, so i bought one to replace that as well since the A/C is getting too hot.
