Did you ever check to see if the tires needed to be rebalanced?
I only have with xj DW but once i got new tires and rebalanced, the dw was gone.
Also make sure all bolts are secured, i also noticed when my tires were mounted that my front coil retainer clip was loose, made sure i tightened it down and i never had dw again, even over 85 on my speedo, which is 90 on my gps

DO you have stock arms ? WJ were not mite to be lifted . If you have short stock arms with a 3 -4 inch lift cut out the bottom of the shock plate ,that will let the arm move. did it on my
2002 Grand Cherokee no more DW .
