Hey, do you have quadra drive and if you do, how does it do with slightly over size max tire size, 31" is max for quadra drive optimum performance in locking the vari-locks, for the system off road? I will put a 4" lift in a few weeks on my WJ and am looking for tires but all I read is that anything over 31" tires the torque sensing system becomes less effective for any tire over 31". Any info would be most helpful, thanks.

Hi, I am starting where you did and doing a similar build. How did your 4x4 system work with your new larger tires? I'm doing a 4" lift and really can stuff 33" tires I'm told, but the quadra drive is less effective with 33" tires I hear due to the vari-locks not getting the torque at the right time to keep the Jeep moving forward as needed. I read that 31" tires are the optimal for quadra drive 1. What input do you have?
