James made his own that I was thinking about copying one day. Like 20' foot of 2x2 .25 tube and a good many holes drilled and a hydraulic/ pneumatic pump from HF and you've got a bender. Just need dies (120 and a 180) and for a few different sizes.

Sch 40 pipe 1-1/4, pretty thick. 1/4" plate, pretty heavy lol

Thanks! It crawls like crazy now. Long arms and stretch did it for sure.

I really wanted a flat belly pan, clock the t case up and run that but I don't think there will be a problem with how this hangs. It might bang on a little bit but I won't be hung on anything I don't think. I still need to paint it. I should ideally drop the center section and prep it and all and while I'm doing it replace the front yoke star washer on the t case that leaking but that's a lot of work lol

It only take an hour to do all three, plus get lube lockers and after market diff covers for less clean up of the original rtv

Need to replace the front seal on my t case. Is it as easy as pulling the yoke and prying the seal out?

Yep pretty much. You will also notice that on the tip of the shaft where its flat theres an o-ring ( I assume to not let fluid go past the splines). Mine was totally chewed up and since I couldn't find a replacement I just left it off... so still getting a tiny leak from it so as soon as I find it ill post it. But the blown up pic on morris 4x4 doesnt even show anything besides that big flat seal.

Btw great jeep, for the passed week on my breaks at work I read your whole thread.

Yeah google it. Pull the cover and scrape off as much RTV as you can on the pumpkin, clean your cover if reusing it, line up the line locker holes and the cover then match it to the pumpkin. It has some membrane like system that is a leak prof dry fit for diffs. Pretty neat

Scrap almost all of it off until its shiny new. I'm using it front and back and its good. Front holding better than rear though it seems.
