Default The White Elephant

ok..so i got this cherokee for my 17 birthday.. it was a gift from my dad after i wreck my first car mazda mx6...then i had a scooby "subaru impreza" and i got tired of car payments.so my dad kept the subaru and trade for a tribeca and i got a JEEP....

its a 1999 jeep cherokee 4x4 4.0 8.25 in the back d30 in the front hp...

this is how it started...it was stock....which i do not have a picture...sucks...but you know how they look...then it jump to this...

4.5 and 30s

then i decided to jump to 4.5 and 33s...with out trimming.

didnt work to good...so i trim the fenders and at the same time i got 1.5 spacers inthe front and 1.5 teraflex shackles in the back...

[IMG

then i sold my 33s and i got used 35s..

the main plan of this xj was to get an 8.8 or a rear 44 of an xj...and regear, arb lockers and be done with it...but..you know its hard to stick to a plan...

a long the way i got a snorkel, rhino line the interior, throthle body spacer, k&n intake...and thats it...

last time i went wheeling i broke my front housing...

here..:

and the lower control mount...

so i over did it...

it was almost 400$ to get new housing...so i said... 44 time!...and since then..it has been a half *** jeep.....

now this build is only depending on a few things...

1)money
2)me finding a better job
3)finding a D.D so i can tear this apart and upgrade
4)if my dad sponsor me some money ...

i dont have a due date...but it should take about 6 months ..or a year ..or a week if i hit the jackpot...

plans

d44 hp in the front front im not sure if im going to leave it stock spline or upgrade to 33s spline
rear 9 inch with truehi9 31 spline..
5.13s gears
arb lockers front rear
4.1 t case
tnt long arms
tnt truss in the front
frame stiffners
front jeep speed reinforcement brackets for the front
rustys front stinger with winch mount
rear tire carrier
custom rock sliders
tube fenders
inner cage
4 bucket seats
5 point harnes
fuel cell
37x13.50x15 rockers
poison spider beadlocks
i lost my paper where all the list....but this is pretty much it....

so pictures to come..be patience...
