Use some blaster on all ur bolts before hand, might help, probably not. There is a metal bushing in the leaf spring u might be able to saws all the side where the sleeve is not covering the bolt. Ull be able to cut through the other side, but prepare for a battle.
Check all the builds...these guys on here are good and have done it a lot. Be prepared for a battle regardless. Bring your breaker bar. Get your spring compressors. Couple heavy duty jacks. Jack stands
My previous build thread is pretty extensive, the link is below...
Good luck

Nope no real problems. The leaf spring bolts are usually awful. Both xj builds I've done, wrangler builds I've been apart of, even a build I was reading on here.

Nates 4x4 rear bumper
The pic below is a side pic, not a great pic be cause the bumper blends in with the car in the background. I kind of with the pieces that wrapped around we're a little more substantial, but I think every aftermarket looks similar.
Straight on pic
As I'm sure most of you have seen, this is what's under the plastic
Other side
Surprise!
So until that rust is addressed I'm using the plastic pieces
Jcroffroad has some nice pieces that cover those rear quarters up...might check them out

Drop transfercase kit and driveline vibration
My lift is 3 inches ...lil more until it settles in....and I'm on 31s...i had some driveline vibrations. Not totally noticeable until 50 mph, but what I did notice was a feeling of something tightening up and loosening upon acceleration and deacceleration. A one inch drop helped eliminate virtually all vibrations. A lot of guys say you won't need one, some say you do, I agree with the portion that states each jeep is different.

I'm really liking those wheels, even without the caps. It's nice to see the round holes as apposed to the super generic triangles. Gives it a "second look" factor. Thinking of throwing the pro comp flat black steelies on mine, backspaced a bit to provide a bit of stability. Thoughts??

I've got some centers you can have if you pay the shipping, they are chrome and came with my wheels and tires. There is no logo or anything on them, just plain chrome.

If you are going higher on your lift ask some of the other guys....
Also check your definition of backspacing, you may have it , but it IS odd. I think the more backspacing the closer your wheels will be together and the less backspace will push em out further. I hope I didn't embarrass myself, but I think I'm right
Love to see pics whenever u get em on
