Well gents my drive line vibes have gone from bad to worse on the old XJ. On this weekends trip to big bear every time my reves got over 2.5k on the hwy I experiences massive vibes which lead me to believe they weren't "drive line" but enine related instead since the vibes were dependent on RPM not MPH (when I am putting around town I normaly shift around 2k RPM). Sure enough when I looked at the front engine mounts the drivers side mount was comleatly shot. After doing a little Google research i decided I wanted upgrade my mounts with MORE or Brown Dog Offroad motor mounts. I ended up going with Brown Dog because 1) they look stout 2) they are a small US company 3) I was able to reach them on Memorial Day... America and 4) they do express shipping on their orders. I should have the mounts installed Friday.
JCR front bumper cam in today I hope to install it by the weeken. I ordered it in bare metal and shot it with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of rust oleum auto mate black.
Finished installing the front JCR bumper and frame tie-in this weekend. I had to do a little trimming to clear the 35's. Ran up to Big Bear this weekend but didn't get a chance to test it out.

I love those factory wheels and with 35's jeep looks killer man.

Thanks for the props man. When I originaly pinged people to see if 35's would work on stock Ecco rims everyone told me I was crazy. The 35's work great, I'm glad I gave it shot.
Looks awesome! Did you have to ditch the engine skid?
Battle, the engine skid is defanitly going back on. I misplaced some if the mounting hardware when I installed the JCR bumper. I love the look of the stock skid and it does a great job protecting the tie rod. I should have it back on soon. There will be an awkward gap between the bottom of the bumper and the top of the skid, not shure what I will do about that yet.
Took my buddy out with his new diesel Grand Cherokee. I give jeep props, that Grand Cherokee was able to tackle some agresive terain. With agresive tires and body protection that thing could defanitly surprise people on the trail.
