So i haven't posted in forever but i have alot to post about, last time i just bought some Zj disk brakes and a Durango gear. Well since then my two door went from being just my toy to my Mistress. My wife had enough of the jeep and how i wanted to work on it rather than sit on the couch watching her scroll through facebook complaining about how rough life is as a full time student to an online college with no job (for all of those that didn't know im active duty military so i work quite a bit) basically i had no remorse for her sob stories and it quickly became evident that her and i weren't heading down the same trail her and her mother wanted to control how i lived my life and that was not about to happen. So she went away and well now the jeep is getting done, the right way, the not ex wife approved way.

Rear ZJ brakes with drilled and slotted rotors irom man 4x4 shackle relocation brackets, daystar shackles rough country 4in leaf springs with iron rock add a leaf

 

Next was the front Blees 3 link Blees HD steering and OTA Track Bar Rubicon express(bilstien) shocks braided brake lines, just ordered ball joints and timken hubs, ill do the u joints at the same time

 

Then I decided to rattle can it all grey

 

But i didnt like the rattle can so i took it down to its roots and bedlined it, i also got some volvo semi hood vents so i cut up my hood and installed those as well

 

Nice! I'm liking the hood vents...
I knew they looked familiar....the mistress is looking good!

 

Pretty cool looking vents. Looks like your having lots of fun putting together your version of a great trail rig.
