Default Sye necessary if no vibes?

Hey guys my 98 had the 6.5 RC xseries SA lift on it when I bought it. I've heard horror stories about a lift like this without sye. Is anybody else running without sye? Mine actually drives great with no vibes.

I went 8 months with that lift and no sye and had no vibes either. But there is one problem at full droop it binds at the T-case and could cause trouble.

I got the sye now and I'm glad I did get it.
