Just scored some used parts; a Grill guard, and set of Rusty's ROPXJ35-0 full packs.
Still waiting on the RC kit to come in.

Going a different direction on the lift. I'll be installing 4.5 Rustys coils up front to complement the 3.5 Rusty full pacs in the back.

Thanks guys.
I used 1" square tube for the top and vertical rails, and angle for the bottom rails. Turn the angle so that straps can catch the edge all the way around and it looks like square tubing from the outside looking in.

All parts are in. I now have 4.5" front Rustys springs; Iron Man lower control arms, adjustable uppers. and track bar.

The local pick & save parts yard had a sale today..everything u can carry for 65 bucks. From that I scored late model xj mirrors, about 16 neon injectors, tie rod assembly, pitman arm, and sway bar from a '93 V8 grand Cherokee.

I have the mirrors on, but weather is too crappy to get pics. I love the new style mirrors!

How much trimming did you have to do so the 31's wouldn't scrub with the 1.75" lift on it? and looks great btw!

I only trimmed about a half an inch so that after the 4.5" lift I can put the flares back on. The tires will rub if it flexes much at all. The front is still stock, but with the weak rear leafs, the shackles leveled it out.

Installed the 4.5 coils; rear full packs; WJ drop pitman arm, and RC shocks. We had to invert the rear shocks and make brackets so they would fit (either I ordered 4 fronts or JC Whitney messed up)

Sanded and painted the flares. Trimmed the fronts to match the fenders.
