Windows are in...oh my god my arms a F**kin numb...
Heres Pics...ill post my "walk threw" tomorrow...
Before:

Here are the windows I had to work with:

All the pictures are in my album..I didn't grab as many pictures as I would of liked..
But remove all the rear trim

As you can see i only pulled it partially off. I was trying to do a quick job. this didnt give me any problems, but did get in the way once or twice.
Pick a side you want to remove first. I chose the passenger side.
Some people say one person can do this..but 2 people saves glass and pain. Use your feet to push on the opposite wheel bump and put your shoulder into the top of the rear section of the window.
The person out side can then grab the top corner as it pops out. Tug on it until it pops out.
The way I got the new quarter window was to start in the back, coming from the bottom, angle it so you can slide the glass & gasket into the end. Have your helper hold the glass in the rough location it should be against the jeep. I found if he held it against the frame with enough force to keep it from falling the next part worked best.
Now go inside the jeep, if you did it right, the back 2 corner gaskets should be seated properly, if not close. I took a screw driver and worked may way around the seal until it was complete. The opposite corners can be a pain.
The first window took a hour or so...my 2nd window took 30 minutes.
I love the look. If anyone has any questions feel free ask or PM me

Alright. Heres a minor update.

Here is my Jeep in its current state.
6.5 coils installed. My ride is a hell of alot better than 4.5 springs. Not sure why. this is on stock uppers, and fixed 4.5 lower control arms (from the 4.5 kit)
I have L&Ls front bumper and One slider on.
Chris was great to work with, some how the angle for the mount for the drivers side slider was upside down.
I brought it back to Chris, he fixed it for me and we chatted for over an hour. Wicked cool guy.
I still have the winch and the slider to go on, and thats going on Monday.

Ride quality on the highway is actually pretty damn good; Haven't gone off roading yet since the switch, but i like it loads better than the 4.5 springs. Though i plan to try to hit some trails on the way home from work...ill blame traffic
