Thats the only thing i got against an XJ is not having a frame. Atleast with the cross breading the frame dont hang down like a douche like on many you see out there. Looks good and should have some nice flexage.

Sorry for not having any updates lately folks. I have been busy with work and hunting season so I havn't got much done. I did pull the body back off to get the motor and tranny mounts built. As soon as I get them figured out I will post some more pictures and updates.

The only thing I'd suggest changing would be getting rid of the weak 10 bolt. It would be money well spent.

Ok, I got to work in the shop a little tonight. The motor is set in place and now I have to build the cross member. More to come soon.

X2 my plans fell through on doin same thing with a 94 2dr and a 85 grand wago frame. except i was gonna use a 6bt 12 valve. once I get a job I'll start it over. thanks for showin its not impossible for me lol.

I have plans for a Dana 60, but for now I have to live with the 10 bolt.

when you get it driving you should put in the cherokee of them month contest.
