Sittin on 39s
Figured I'd post a build thread
First I started with a 4.5" lift sittin on 35 with a 8.8 in the rear and a 30 up front with 4.10s
We'll after I kept brakeing stuff I got offered a set of axles for cheap a dana 44 and a 14 full floater 4:10 gears again so I picked them up and started tearing them down to freshen them up seals bearings any thing they needed and striped all of the brackets
For the lift I went with full stock 2wd s10 springs with the factory s10 front mount went with a longer shackle and put the leafs on the frame rails welded in some 2x3 1/4" thick angle iron to stiffen the frame rails welded in a second cross member then built a truss on the rear axle so I could build a traction bar in the rear that's it for the rear
For the front I went threw tore everything out and started with a stock grand cherokee crossmember plated it in 1/4" plate had to shorten it up and notched it for the front drive shaft took some bore plate and made so it mounted to the rail by 5 bolts then made some control arm mounts after that went threw and built all the front axle brackets spring mounts shock mounts track bar mounts limiters trussed used some f350 lift coils and 2in spacers used heims at the top of the links and bushings at the bottom and only ran one upper link radius style
Here's what I stared with
