TBH I'm not sure. The axles weren't going in for a few months so I'll have time to save for a new gear set

Alright team, gonna continue with light spending while I keep saving money up. Plans for this weekend include; finish painting knuckles, clear up steering and prep for paint, clean up 8.25 axle shafts, see if Oreily's carrys 8.25 axle seals (if so replace them), and press my D30 axle shaft ujoints out and the D30 control arm bushings out

Got the knuckles and steering painted up, axle shafts cleaned and spicer ujoints installed. Tropical Storm Cindy is blwoing through currently so I've been having a good time splashing through puddles in Derek. Reminds me that I need to fix my AC. Glad I have a garage that I can park him in overnight with the windows down to dry everything out. Heading back home this weekend for my birthday. Hoping to get the axles finished in july and ready to install. Ive decided to bag the disc breaks and keep the drums; plans for something bigger and better coming....

Was my birthday today! GF got me a light bar that ive been waiting to pull the trigger on. Just couldnt get myself to do it even though it was only like $35. Took me 30 minutes and 3 beers to install it, and its a bit cockeyed but its bright as heck!

Thanks! And yes I'm trying. Think I'm gonna order the ball joints and bearings this week so I'll be able to finish up and start the swap. Still need to decide on control arms thought

Back in jersey. Drove my sister's 01 with 99K miles on it. Runs so well. Replaced her headliner on it a while back and still holding up. Told her I'll take it off her hands once she's done with it

Ten Factory axle seals and Spicer ball joints came in today. Waiting on the Timkens and the 8.25 axle seals and then we shall be just about ready for the swap!
