Are those 31's on the 3" lift?

picked up a few things at the last wheelin trip

got some JCR stage 2 sliders



and a front skid, this i got only to keep mud out of the engine



and since i purchased rocker protection i figured i would smash my rocker in



and i want a new rear bumper so i thought i would smash the stock one up a little too as well as the lower quarters
