Yeah, he has a 20x30x20 (I think) garage with two bay doors, a lift, and over $100k in Mac tools. It's his side job and his hobby.

Inspection:
Bent frame rail, cracked cross member, trans cooler, right side headlight bezel and signal, and labor fees
After my deductible, I have $1,100 with which to work. What to do...
I'm thinking maybe bumper and front stiffeners with a steering box brace.
Opinions, ideas, and input?

Cut out damaged section
Weld on unibody stiffeners
Weld tube or box metal to replaced the cut off section
This way when your pulling on it, the stiffeners will cause it to pull on the whole frame.
Note: only JCR bumpers or aftermarket will fit after you weld on the stiffeners.

Good news, everybody! Reading on ComancheClub, I just learned that my front end is stronger than yours! I guess the MJs got beefed up, and XJ stiffeners won't even work for us. They all say to get a steering box brace and call it good.
So frame rail, bumper, steering box brace, ???, profit!
Feel free to offer suggestions on brands, especially for the brace. I get a rental car up to $50/day, up to $1500. We can build a bumper if we want lol

Straighten the frame rail, buy a steering box brace (passenger side to box-basically all the same), get a CROK spacer (JCR doesn't fit perfectly), L&L bumper- order today lol takes a while.

I picked up a MORE brace because they attach to the frame rail in the proper way (The INSIDE). Beefy too!

So a C-Rok spacer and a MORE brace? I'm debating whether I can begin Project Facelift sooner than anticipated due to the circumstances. I don't think I have the funds to take that step yet.
