Skunkape, after 3" is where the trouble starts...drop pitman, the death shakes etc. It is just the magical number. I have heard this from all the jeepers I respect so take that for what it is. I have 3" on 31"s and it is a great ride. I Know you want huge tires but I am thinking about putting 30"s on for the extra compression room. Your ride is rad and my bumper will be chopped this weekend! How idi you cut yours?

Huh?1-3"s is not where the trouble starts.2-you dont need a drop pittman at 3"s bro.3-I don't have death wobble-4-I have been at 4.5" -5"s and 33s for quite awhile, you must be referring to an old post of mine or something. That magical number your talking about is not allways true and I don't know what bumper of mine your asking about how to trim.Look at the date on the post or qoute it and I will try to remember This Jeep has changed alot since this build thread started and I just can't remember sorry

did you change your mileage back to what was on your vehicle? Or did you just leave the other on there? If so how did you change it?

Default Hood spacers

Made me some hood spacers today,I cut some 1'' long tube with my tubing cutter got some 1'' longer bolts to replace the factory bolts and just bolted it all up I left out the factory shims to because I didnt want it to high, took about 20 min.I have not had any over heating issues any way and hope to keep it that way.

I have considered it,but if I dont like the spacers I can remove em,I cant remove holes in my hood if I dont like them.I think the spacers look fine as long as there not too thick, then i agree they look goofy
