Default Project Z.R.V. (first public build)

Alright as the title implies this is my first public build of any of my vehicles. Here's a little of the back story of how i got to where im at with a new jeep. I had a 1996 Cherokee 2wd DD that i drove for 4 months straight 125 miles round trip to the police academy and back. Towards the end of the academy on November 22, 2011 at apprx. 3:00 pm, i was in a T-bone accident. The other vehicle pulled out in front of me on the highway with less than 50 ft for me to react. I hit them at 65 mph. the driver passed away on impact, and the passenger 30 minutes later at the hospital. Respectively their ages were 89 and 81 years. They should not have been driving. Needless to say my jeep was totaled. So on December 12 i found a replacement jeep on Craigslist with a blown motor and a good replacement mootor to go with it. I snatched it up the day ofter it was posted. I called the guy like 3 hours after he posted it and told him i'd be there the net day with cash. It's a 1994 Cherokee Sport, 4.0, 5spd. From california. NO RUST!!

So now i'm in the process of dropping in the new motor, installing the new exhaust, new SS Hedder, Rubicon express 3.5 superride lift, and a set of procomp 31 inch tires with new wheels. All the little accessories will come after it's up and running. Such as a new rack on top with spare tire mount. front and rear Jc offroad bumpers. I really like the delux front and rear bumpers. The list would go on for ever but lets start with pictures already.

Thanks. I really like to get things done in a timely manner. BEcause If I just let it sit for a few days I'll lose a little bit of the fire to get it going. So I work a little quicker than most. I didn't get much done today I had to roll on out of town for some business. I just got back in and It looks like I'm not going to do anything today. I'll definitely be pm'ing you SDZ for some decals in the very near future.

alright new update it's been a few days but the motor is in and almost all hooked up.
I broke the heater control valve, and of course nobody close has one so i have to drive two hrs to get a new one. It's cool tho because i have to go pick ujp my tires and lift kit tomorrow anyway. I have new pictures to update but i haven't loaded them up yet.. I'll do it tomorrow. I'm getting pretty excited to drive this thing.

so i got a call on tuesday that all my parts and stuff was in. It was late so i told the guy i would go wednesday. Well i gassed up the Lightning rolled up the cover and picked up my late christmas gifts. Brown santa wanted too much to deliver this stuff for me. So White Lightning to the rescue.

Ignore the bed. Don't tell my sister i'm using her room as parts storage. Every time she comes down she complains her room smells like rubber, gas, oil or something auto related. I have no Idea why...lol
