I'm going to be ordering the same lift sometime soon and looking at this makes me so excited. Haha. Nice job on the build so far. I'll be watching the rest.

Right on! Thanks man. I was happy with the quality of this lift. Make sure u get full lead packs. The X-Series is the best for the money as it comes with extended brake lines, sway bar disconnects, and adjustable upper control arms. I am glad I bought it.

I got a couple things done today.

First I installed the steering stabilizer that I ordered from Rough Country. This thing is much beefier compared to the stock one. To remove the stock one, I used a little Liquid Wrench and a hammer to get the bolt out from the drag link end.

Here is some pics. It was very easy to install. Only took me like 20 mins.

The second thing I installed today was the little brackets that hold my sway bar links out of the way when they are disconnected. To do this I had to drill some 1/4" holes. I had to sharpen my bit a few times with my dremel tool. When drilling metal, make sure to go slow and use lubricant. I just used liquid wrench because I already had it out. Once the holes were drilled I put some silicon on them to help prevent rust later on. I used an impact wrench to screw the self-tapping screws into the holes.

Here is some more pics.

I finally got my extended brake lines installed. Now I can disconnect the sway bar and get some flex shots.

Another thing I forgot to mention. When I got my alignment done, they were actually able to get it to 0.00! The shop was very surprised. They deal with a lot of lifted jeeps and they said they have never got one that aligned to perfect 0. They attributed this to how well the lift was installed. They wanted to know what shop did it because they were impressed. They were surprised to find out that my brother and I did it.

So I guess the lesson is, DO THE WORK YOURSELF! Do right the first time and save lots of $$$.
