Default Project XJ Overland

Hey guys, I've been scrolling this site over a cup of coffee all morning. A lot of great information here I will be tapping into. I just bought a 99 XJ for my twin boys and we are going to be building an overland rig out of it. We have a bit to learn about XJ's, so please send any advice our way.

Looks like a very nice foundation to start, thats a clean XJ.

As far as upgrading lights, take a look at installing a headlamp harness and doing an h4 housing. Thats the most cost effective route and greatly improves your light output.

What brand lift are you planning on going with?

Thank you, I'll be sure to check out the H4! I'm not set on which lift kit yet, but will probably go with Cooper STT Pro tires. That is what I'm running on my JK and love them!
