I Havent posted any updates in a while so i did a steering upgrade and here are some pics.
Ok a few months later i ripped out that CRAPPY Heavy Duty Rugged Ridge steering setup. Again sent out another E-Mail to them about the steering roll and still NO reply from them. even with the poly spacers between the tierod end and the knuckle it helps with the roll but when the spacer splits you know when it happens and the sloppy steering is back. so i pulled the system out and installed the Iron Rock Over the knuckle system. and for the 20 bucks i upgraded it to the 5/8" hardware. MAN what a differance My XJ feels like a whole new ride. For anyone thinking about replacing your steering i would recomend this setup. If you dont feel comfertable drilling out your pitman arm and steering knuckles to 5/8" holes you can stick with the 1/2" hardware and it will be a bolt right in install. I did it my self in less than 2 hours. i was able to get the alignment real close and (1/16" toe in ) and steering wheel is stright. this system gets 2 thumbs up from me .

Man I just have to complement you on your jeep. Yellow is my absolute favorite color for XJ's. Love your jeep

Thanks OO
Red is awesome too. Red was one of the colors i was thinking of painting mine but i already have 1 red car so i figured to go a little LOUDER in the color this time. put a 4-5'' Lift in yours and some 32 or 33" tires and that rig would look bad a$$

Does your tie rod hit the sway bar link brackets? Can't tell from your pictures.
