got a some pics of the work done today, got the aussie locker fully installed and the axle seals. ran into some issues with the new diff covers though and the front was leaking when we added the new gear oil. so were gonna try again later tonight after the adheisive fully drys and we file down the surfaces perfectly. here are some pics though.
wheels n axle shafts removed along with the spider gears and rest of my diff removed

now a picture of the axle seals installed (well one of them dont need two pics)

finally a pic of the locker installed in my diff.

thinking about picking up a set of 32x11.5x15 Coopers Stts on crager soft 8s with a MTR spare for 600. wondering if anyone has any thoughts or opinions on these tires iv only heard good things myself. and pics of a 6.5" lift on 32s. difference doesnt seem much from my 33s and inch in so less rubbing during flex.

The cooper STT's are a great tire, wear very well on road as well. Recommend them any day of the week.

ok so iv been running into issue after issue with my diff covers and them not leaking finally got the front one sealed too perfection now the rear wont stop leaking like a civ. its leaking fromt the bottom middle bolt of the diff to basically the top right one of my diff when your standing behind the jeep looking at my diff. so top right pass side. anyways its a pain in the a$$ too keep draining my diff taking the cover off cleaning it and reapplying the blue goo to the cover n then letting it cure (this has been the biggest issue either putting it on too soon before its done curing or putting it on too late so its overly cured? if that makes sense) that was biggest issue with the front too but like i said that one we finally got sealed. anyways what other options are there if any to fully seal this without removing the cover time n time again. can i just apply the blue goo too where the cover meets the back side of the pumkin sealing off all cracks? will this be sufficiant or no? the leak is minimal i must say esp when jeep is parked. (puddle maybe size of my fist in diameter) but after driving and turning the jeep off it leaks more steadily. this is causing me too think the heat is whats causing the leak? pardon me if what im saying makes no sense or is just plain dumb this is first time iv done any work too my axles n diff so im learning as i go. thanks!!!

so after getting tons of advice from members of the forum i decided too bite the bullet and just take off and redo the diff cover. so i went out n got a gasket and some of the black rtv (told it was better then the blue) and more gear oil and im gonna attempt to redo it again on tuesday.
