im surprised they didn't send you whole new leafs? was it over a year old? mine are shot as well.

did you order from nates already?

i got em from RC but through my local 4x4 shop and they dont think i need new leafs only bushings. so thats all there getting for me, i got them in nov and put em on in june and there already all shot.

yea i talked to nate before he left the shop, said hell be back the 12th and im second on his list of orders and hell shot me a call when he starts the bumper and bills me.

o ok. nevermind. I was going to suggest a different rear bumper. Do you have a link/pic of the bumper you are getting?

as far as the bushings. They may be shot even if the whole leaf isn't, but within a year you should not have to replace them regardless. And now you have to pay to get them installed. Thats BS if you ask me. If you order a part and pay for it I would think it should be completely covered for at least a year.

thats exactly what the shop im having instal the bushing said to me, he even called the other shop which is more known and reputable then his and he said he could only do bushings and if he happens again hed get me new leafs.

did you try and call Rough Country or contact them on here? They might be able to do better.

how do the frame tie in brackets look for his bumper?

i called rough country and they were willing to send me new ones just needed to PO number so i had to get that from the shop then they talked to rough country and next thing i new i was back too only getting the bushings. i may try and call them agian and talk to jason i just dk if they can do me anything without getting that PO number.

clayton i assume your dealing with Endangered Species and thats what you get unfortunately...leafs aren't hard to do if you can manage to get new ones from RC i am sure for a much smaller fee maybe rob and i could put them in for you

yea i called RC again and they told me there more then willing to try n help me out and send me new leafs altogether i just need todd to get them that PO number.

so rough country is gonna send me new leafs after all of this.. they were willing to from the begining it was my shop who wanted to try and just do the bushings.. which is understandable if the springs werent still under warrenty ohhh well im getting what i want in the end even if it was a hassle. just goes to show you that its best too order straight from the company itself and not through a shop if possible.

heres a pic of the jeep as it sits today with everything on it.. rear bumper is due too arrive tomorrow and the bad rear leafs got swapped out today finally.
