Been working on my Jeep since I got home from work. It needs a couple engine oil seals and I got bored and decided to buy some bedliner and take my carpets out too. Well I got them all the way out and lucky I decided to. They were sopping wet underneath and the floors were starting to rust really bad. That explains the wet dog smell.

Removing the carpet was one off my favorite mods. Takes some weight out of it too.
I also added some floor drains and used some rubber plugs to, well plug them.
Mine is next for a tan paint scheme.

Took all my interior panels besides the dash and door panels and the back seat out in the process of taking the carpet out. I think im leaving them off, I like the rugged look, maybe i'll get some pics up later. Im going to end up bedlining the walls now too, im half considering bedlining the whole exterior now too.
What i'm planning on doing is getting racing seats for the front and then to replace the rear seat put in one short back bucket racing seat and then weld plate over the rest of the back floor and make storage boxes.

did you spray it on? I stripped all the paint off yesterday, and sanded / bondoed a few places. Put some ospho and 3 coats of primer. I have the paint but it says dont use a sprayer, I know i could thin it out but did you roll it?

No I sprayed mine on with a sprayer, and I didnt prime it, just scuffed the stock paint. I mean it wasn't a terrible paint job, it just chips easily in some very annoying places, and the color underneath (blue) looks really dumb when it shows through. My advice is just to use a whole bunch of coats, I only put like 3-4 on mine. What would prolly work best is 8-10 spread out over a week.

I think fullwidths may be in my future. Im forgetting about supering the stock axles, more I think about it its just a waste of money. Also, just finished bedlining the floor, looks great.

Some purchases and some major decisions have been made.
Forget fullwidths, sounded like a good idea for all of 3 days.
Bought JCR Rear Corner Guards and 1/4 panel guards.
Bought 1/8th inch plate steel to weld on and plate/reinforce the front fenders/ cover up the ugly screw holes from the Bushwackers.
Bought Ruffstuff Diff covers.
Bushwackers are coming off, forever, they fell apart like soggy paper towels. Im going to run flareless.
Exterior is being repainted, the tan is wearing off due to poor workmanship on my part. Going to be painted gloss white, corner guards, front fender reinforcement plates and anything below the door creases will be bedlined.
Full length, frame stiffeners will be purchased with my next paycheck and welded on before painting. Then re-undercoating the bottom/
Jeep will be done by Fall, i'm promising myself. Other than the bodywork I just listed I will be soon purchasing:
Regear to 4.10 or 4.56 with *maybe* Cryo'ed gears
Selectable rear locker
Front and Rear Alloys
SYE
Belly Skid
Maybe racing seats would be cool, since I no longer have a back seat maybe a rear jumpseat bucket too for a 3rd passenger
Hopefully I wont have to drive my F250 ALL summer long.

Well the truck is technically my parents but the only thing they use it for is occasionally towing a boat. So its on loan to me for the time being in exchange for doing some maintenance to it. This isn't it but it looks exactly like it.
