Got some more work done on it yesterday. We centered and mocked up the rear axle. Welded some 3x3 angle iron into the wheel wells so I'll have something to weld the center pin/bump stop to for the coil.
Centered the coil mounts, leveled them and burned them in.
Hung the lower, measured for length, got the upper and lower brackets on on the one side.
This thing is going to be sick!

Alright people... this thing hasn't sat on four tires since October. We busted BUTT today.. and the 9" is in. It sitting on STOCK TJ REAR COILS.. and it's almost level, actually a tad high in the back! That should give you an idea of how low this thing is. Straight lowers, the uppers are triangulated. This thing is wicked.

Those lowers are stupid heavy. 1/2" wall thickness I think :bling:
Yeah homie, I'm glad we worked so hard on that thing for two days straight
We should probably outboard the rear shocks, and measure for the rear driveshaft sometime this week.

Are you going to take the little bump out of the front wheel wells for a bit more clearance? (where the battery and air boxes are)

That looks so good!
