Sick build! I'm just in the beginning processes of realizing I need bigger axles... Was planning on D44/9" swap... Then realized go big or go home. Found a 2005 F350 Superduty D60 for 200bucks that I'm hoping to pick up.
Then a rear axle and I'll be ditching the 31's for something 35 - 37 range.
FYI, I don't know the exact details about either, but right now my idea is to go 3 link... By the time you build it all anyway, might as well skip the radius arms IMO.

Pipe is not good for suspension parts because it doesn't have any give like tubing does, a hard hit to a sched. 80 LCA will crack/break it which will be bad on the trail and worse on the street.

Thanx man!! I wish I coulda found a deal like tht. I have a feeling the 44 won't hold up to me, I'm not stupid with it, but if you ain't on the revy, you ain't goin places.....sometimes lol. I'm hoping it get me by for a while. Ford d60 few and far between round here. Didnt wana go dana 300 route. And I thnk your rite on 3link. I'm leaning that way. This is a ten factory moly axle, and several r&p later, and an Aussie locker, and a whole pile of stock shafts. Me n d30 dnt get along. Everybody is diffrent, most people can run 35s on a 30 n be fine. All that carnage was with 33swampers

I like everything you're doing except this. Definitely do a 3 link, if set up properly there are no downsides. Definitely get DOM tubing for all of the links, maybe even a little thicker wall than .250"
