Every time I take my U-bolts off, I put lots of anti-seize on them, so they will always be easy to take off. I would wait if my impact wouldn't spin them off too.

Bought a new Cornwell impact and got the rear end out. Now hopefully nothing else needs to come out and I can work on getting everything back in

Project PoonTank (92 XJ)-photo76.jpg a lot more parts on the Jeep instead of on the ground now. Got off work a little early today and found some motivation to work on it

29 spline 8.25 with Locker and ruffstuff diff cover is in, rear brakes are bled, rear driveshaft is in with new u joints, radiator and AC is back in. I need to put the belt on, the coolant temp in the back of the head, the MAP sensor, cap, rotor, wires and plugs and it should run and drive I think.

Got everything done except putting in the front driveshaft and checking the fluids. Put oil in it and some coolant and tried starting it, but no spark and it was getting kinda later so I'll check it out more tomorrow after work.

Auto shut down relay isn't getting power. Once I jumped the relay I had power on the injectors, but still no spark and I forgot to check for injector pulse

Project PoonTank (92 XJ)-photo882.jpg cleaned under the hood some and drove it up the street and back. I need to figure out what's going on with the tcase linkage because i can get it in 4 hi, neutral and 4 low, but no 2 hi. It worked before my buddies messed with it so... should be able to figure it out.

Just get a boostwerks linkage. That will fix EVERY problem with the tcase linkage. It's like $50.
If I hadn't just sold mine, I would send it cheap.

I'm trying to not spend any more money on it at the moment because I still need to fix my green one and I've already put more in it than planned

I hear ya'
Check those plastic bushings in the stock linkage. If those are off or worn out, it'l cause issues. You probably already know that though.
Good luck!
